TRAP

Translational profiling

In order to generate deep cell-specific transcriptional profiles, we utilize a ribosomal pull-down approach called TRAnslational Profiling (TRAP). See examples of this work here, here and here.

kidney organoids

We use human kidney organoids differentiated from pluripotent stem cells to model kidney development and disease. Current projects include optimization of differentiation, use of microfluidic devices to improve maturation and 3d imaging by lightsheet microscopy.
